LeRoy Nellis is an investigative author, public speaker, and systems analyst based in Austin, Texas—focused on accountability, transparency, and exposing how systems operate when they move outside the law.

I am an American.

I am a Texan.

I believe in God.

I believe in the Constitution of the United States.

And I believe that no one is above the law.

Not government.

Not institutions.

And not law enforcement.

I am not against law enforcement.

I am against any person—regardless of title—who violates the laws they are sworn to uphold.

My Experience

This work is not theoretical.

It comes from lived experience inside the system.

From December 2023 to July 10, 2025, I was held in pretrial detention.

During that time, I spent 336 days in solitary confinement.

Those were not normal conditions.

They were daily, sustained pressure—conditions I describe as torture based on what was experienced physically, mentally, and medically.

I also went over 120 consecutive days without critical diabetic medications, resulting in permanent damage.

What Happened After

After I was released from detention, the pressure did not stop.

Instead, new charges were brought against me.

These charges were based on the claim that I had “tagged someone in a post.”

That claim was used to justify another arrest.

I maintain that this was a false charge used to silence me and prevent me from speaking about what I experienced.

The pattern did not end at detention.

It continued beyond it.

Why I Speak

I have been targeted by the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office since 2019.

There have been repeated efforts to bring false charges, damage my reputation, and separate me from my daughter.

With the involvement of others, including my ex-wife, a narrative has been pushed that does not reflect reality.

This platform exists to correct that narrative with documented evidence.

Transparency is how truth is restored.
