Statement of Complaint

I am filing a formal complaint requesting an investigation into repeated automated calls and robocalls originating from multiple telephone numbers. These calls occur frequently and exhibit characteristics consistent with automated dialing systems or AI-generated voice systems.

The calls are unsolicited and appear to use dynamically changing caller ID numbers. Blocking individual numbers does not stop the calls, suggesting the use of caller-ID spoofing or rotating systems.
