UPDATED RECORD — April 19, 2026

This about LeRoy Nellis record documents the background, experience, and investigative focus of an Austin, Texas-based author and systems analyst. It reflects documented experience, preserved materials, and an ongoing evidentiary publication.

About LeRoy Nellis — American, Texan, and Constitutional Advocate

LeRoy Nellis is an investigative author, public speaker, and systems analyst based in Austin, Texas. He focuses on accountability, transparency, and documenting how institutional systems operate when they move outside established legal boundaries.

I am an American. I am a Texan. And I believe in God.

I believe in the Constitution of the United States—not as an idea, but as a standard that must be applied equally, without exception.

I believe that no one is above the law—not individuals, not institutions, and not those entrusted with authority.

These beliefs are not abstract. They define the foundation of this work. They guide how this record is built, how evidence is preserved, and how accountability is pursued.

This work does not oppose law enforcement. Instead, it demands that the law be applied consistently—especially by those sworn to uphold it.

Because when those principles fail in practice, the responsibility is not to stay silent—it is to document, expose, and correct.

About LeRoy Nellis — Documented Experience

This work is not theoretical. Instead, it draws directly from documented experience inside institutional systems and from preserved records of detention conditions and subsequent events.

From December 2023 to July 10, 2025, I remained in pretrial detention. During that time, I spent 336 days in solitary confinement.

These conditions did not follow standard custodial practices. Instead, they created sustained environmental, medical, and psychological stress factors, all of which are documented in preserved records.

In addition, I went more than 120 consecutive days without critical diabetic medication. As a result, that lapse caused long-term medical impact.

This is not opinion—it is record.

For structured documentation, review the systemic timeline and live evidentiary record. Additionally, federal and state standards can be reviewed through the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division and the Texas Commission on Jail Standards.

Post-Detention Record

Following release, I faced additional legal actions and proceedings. These events now form part of the ongoing documentation system preserved within this site.

Authorities introduced subsequent charges based on alleged online activity. I contest these claims, and I include them here as part of a continuing record that requires review and verification.

As a result, the pattern did not end with detention. Instead, it continued into subsequent proceedings.
