I hereby demand the immediate removal of defamatory content published across multiple platforms operated by Teabar Publishing, Inc., including BustedNewspaper.com, Mugshots.zone, RecentlyBooked.com, and all affiliated domains.

These platforms publish personal information and photographs alongside incomplete or misleading allegations, creating false implications of criminal conduct and causing substantial reputational, financial, and personal harm.

  • False or misleading implication of criminal activity
  • Unauthorized publication of personal identifying information
  • Ongoing reputational and economic harm
  • Continued redistribution across multiple aggregation networks

Specific Demands

  • Immediate removal of all references, images, and indexed content
  • Removal from all affiliated and mirrored domains
  • Deletion from social media channels operated by your organization
  • Written confirmation within seven (7) days

Escalation Notice

  • Complaints to the North Carolina Secretary of State
  • Federal Trade Commission (FTC) complaints
  • Search engine de-indexing requests
  • Legal action including damages and injunctive relief

Failure to comply will be considered willful continuation of publication after formal notice.

Sincerely,
LeRoy Nellis
