I. Digital Tampering Complaint Summary
Since 2024, I have observed repeated unauthorized interference with my social media, email, and professional accounts. These incidents demonstrate a consistent pattern of digital tampering and cyber intrusion, rather than isolated technical issues.
Specifically, the following activity has occurred:
- Facebook and Instagram accounts were hijacked or cloned. As a result, unauthorized posts, deletions, and follower removals occurred.
- Email accounts (Gmail and Yahoo) experienced repeated lockouts, password resets, and delayed verification codes. Consequently, access was disrupted during critical periods.
- LinkedIn and Google Drive files referencing the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office were altered, redacted, or removed entirely.
- Metadata logs show irregular access activity during periods when I was incarcerated or without device access. Therefore, these actions strongly indicate external interference.
- Multiple accounts triggered simultaneous location verifications from Georgetown, Round Rock, and Hutto IP ranges, all within Williamson County jurisdiction.
II. Nexus to Williamson County Sheriff’s Office
I believe these incidents are directly connected to retaliation and evidence suppression related to my civil-rights complaints and federal filings involving the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office.
Several factors support this conclusion. First, the timing of the intrusions consistently aligns with open records requests and federal complaints. Additionally, edits and deletions have targeted only materials referencing medical neglect, restraint-chair incidents, and TCJS oversight failures.
Furthermore, at least one IP trace returned to a “wilco.tx.gov” subnet. This detail directly connects the activity to infrastructure associated with Williamson County.
Therefore, these intrusions appear designed to disrupt the integrity of records tied to ongoing legal and federal oversight proceedings.
III. Request for Investigation
I respectfully request that the Federal Bureau of Investigation Cyber Division take the following actions:
- Conduct a forensic investigation into unauthorized access attempts from January 2024 to present.
- Identify whether any intrusions originate from networks associated with the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office or county IT systems.
- Preserve all relevant evidence under 18 U.S.C. §1030 (Computer Fraud and Abuse Act).
- Coordinate findings with the Texas Joint Crime Information & Intelligence Operations Hub.
- Provide written acknowledgment and a case number for tracking purposes.
IV. Supporting Context
These incidents form part of a broader pattern of interference and information suppression connected to prior filings with multiple agencies. Specifically, this includes submissions to the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division, the Texas Commission on Jail Standards, and the Texas Attorney General’s Office.
As a result, the digital tampering described above directly obstructs federal complaint processes. It may also constitute violations under 18 U.S.C. §1519, which addresses the destruction or alteration of records in federal investigations.
V. Certification
I certify under penalty of perjury that this statement is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge. I submit this complaint in good faith for the purpose of federal investigation.
Respectfully submitted,
