I hereby demand the immediate removal of defamatory and harmful content published by Teabar Publishing, Inc. through websites including BustedNewspaper.com, Mugshots.zone, RecentlyBooked.com, and any affiliated or mirrored domains.
The referenced postings publish my personal information and photograph alongside misleading, incomplete, or contextually distorted allegations implying criminal conduct. These publications have caused substantial reputational, professional, and personal harm.
Basis of Demand
- False or misleading implication of criminal conduct
- Publication of personal identifying information
- Ongoing reputational and economic harm
- Continued distribution through affiliated domains and social media
Specific Demands
- Immediate removal of all references, images, and posts relating to my name across all controlled domains
- Removal of associated posts from any social media accounts operated by your organization
- Removal of cached or mirrored copies where control exists
- Written confirmation of removal within seven (7) days of receipt of this notice
Escalation Notice
Failure to comply within the stated timeframe will result in escalation, including but not limited to:
- Formal complaints to the North Carolina Secretary of State
- Consumer protection complaints filed with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC)
- Search engine de-indexing and suppression requests
- Pursuit of all available legal remedies, including injunctive relief and damages
