I am writing to demand the immediate removal of defamatory content published by Teabar Publishing, Inc. through BustedNewspaper.com and Mugshots.zone. This content displays my personal information and photograph, and contains false, misleading, and defamatory statements that have caused, and continue to cause, significant damage to my reputation, employment, and personal life.
Basis of Demand
The referenced postings contain inaccurate and defamatory statements falsely imputing criminal conduct to me.
Such accusations are defamatory per se, as they falsely allege criminal behavior.
Continued publication and distribution through your platforms, affiliates, and social media accounts cause ongoing reputational, emotional, and financial harm.
If not removed, I will also pursue formal delisting and de-indexing requests with search engines (including Google and Microsoft Bing), citing defamation and harmful content.
Specific Demands
Immediately remove all references, images, and content relating to my name from BustedNewspaper.com, Mugshots.zone, and any affiliated, mirrored, or derivative domains.
Remove associated content from Facebook pages, social media accounts, and any third-party platforms under your control.
Ensure no reposts, re-shares, or cached copies remain publicly accessible.
Provide written confirmation of removal within seven (7) days of receipt of this notice.
Escalation Notice
Failure to comply will result in escalation, including:
