Public Statement

I am a legally blind, neurologically injured, disabled resident of Williamson County, Texas.

I was not convicted of a crime. I was not afforded protection. I was subjected to prolonged pretrial detention, medical coercion by individuals presenting as medical staff without verified licensure, psychological torture, surveillance, and reputational destruction.

As a result, I lost my vision, suffered permanent neurological damage from a chemically induced stroke, My father sold both of my homes and evicted all my tenants, and watched my personal and professional life be systematically dismantled.

Five separate false criminal charges were pursued against me.Two allegations — falsely branding me a pedophile — was allowed to propagate publicly, contaminating my social and professional sphere, erasing my LinkedIn presence, and spreading across a network of more than 5,000 people.

My Google, Facebook, Instagram, and this blog and accounts were repeatedly compromised. They completely wiped out my LinkedIn account with Zero Contacts or Resume. My emails were accessed. My records were altered or removed. Names disappeared. Files vanished. This site itself has been interfered with.

This is not vengeance.

This is accountability, built on evidence.

“The lack of perception does not equal non-existence.”

By LeRoy Nellis (Published on LeRoyNellis.blog and Academia.edu) Abstract Pre-trial detention in the United States has evolved far beyond its constitutional intent of ensuring appearance at trial.
