Williamson County Jail surveillance, isolation, sensory assault, medical coercion, and psychological warfare deployed against a pretrial detainee.

MASTER TIMELINE — WILLIAMSON COUNTY, TEXAS (2019–2025)

PHASE 1 — Round Rock SWAT, Isolde Amador Fallout, and Initial Targeting (2019–2021)

  • July 10, 2019 — SWAT Raid (First Arrest)
    • Domestic conflict initiated by Isolde Amador escalated into a militarized response.
    • Helicopters, dogs, snipers, armored presence, command staff.
    • Detective Nathan J. Henderson present.
    • Home converted into a public spectacle; mugshots syndicated across commercial sites (“The Drones”).
    • First identifiers entered into NCIC / TCIC–linked systems.
  • Divorce & Custody Weaponization
    • Marriage permanently fractured after raid.
    • Custody and visitation restricted through criminal allegations.
    • False complaints escalated exposure.
    • WILCO Sheriff’s and Isolde take Computer’s and equipment
    • NCIC / Securus Telecom Attack and cyber intrusions
  • 2020 — Roadside SWAT Ambush (Second Arrest)
  • Second Arrest to void first bond and violates civil rights.
    • Surrounded by unmarked vehicles; AR-15s aimed.
    • Flashbang dented hood of vehicle.
    • Entered into NCIC / TCIC as Travis County arrest.
    • Detective Jarrod Dawson introduced.
    • WILCO Sheriff’s  ( Jarrod Dawson ) steal 2 phones, and a car cam, with an illegal arrest later dropped with no evidence. 
    • After hacking two phones, they contact an Ex-girlfriends Dad in Florida from her DL on the phone.
  • 2021 — Garage Raid of exotic mushrooms / Illegal Search (No Arrest)
    • 10+ WCSO vehicles deployed.
    • Exotic Mushroom Garden destroyed; no warrant; no arrest.
    • Re-entered into NCIC / TCIC databases.

PHASE 2 — NCIC / TCIC Activation & Digital Targeting

NCIC / TCIC ENTRY → SYSTEM ACTIVATION EVENT

The moment my identifiers entered NCIC and TCIC, coordinated surveillance and intelligence-collection activity began. This was not cybercrime; it reflected contact-graph mapping, behavioral analysis, and communications monitoring.

  • Forced use of surveillance-integrated jail communications (Securus-linked).
  • Voiceprints, relational data, and biometric identifiers captured.
  • Consent under surveillance with no consent.

PHASE 3 — Jail-Based Torture Program (2024–2025)

Psychological Torture

  • Refusal of Protected Custody (Jan 2024) — Sgt. Young: “You will be amongst your own.”
  • Isolation, degradation, gaslighting.
  • Bible confiscated and thrown in the trash after refusal to surrender religious materials.
  • Restraint Chair — 2.5 hours (June 2024)
    • Applied immediately after Bible confiscation.
    • No violence, no resistance, no medical emergency.
    • The Restraint Chair – Body and hands restrained until circulation loss.( Not giving up my bible)
  • Solitary confinement (Aug 2024 – July 2025).

Pharmacological Torture ( All EMT’s)

  • Denial of Diabetic Meds and Readings )for 123 days.
  • Medication delays (19 hours).( EMT Lutz)
  • False glucose readings.( EMT Ransom)
  • Forced ( EMT Ransom) change of insulin R to Hemologue causing neurological injury.
  • Loss of vision and nerve damage.
  • Unlicensed “doctors” Brooks a d Kahn issuing medical orders.
  • Injection of 50cc COVID vaccine (EMT Larry Davis-administered).

Physical Torture

  • Continuous vibration and shaking floors.
  • Water shutoffs up to 19 hours.
  • Loud noise machines 24/7.
  • Twisting handcuffs.
  • Starvation and commissary denial.
  • Sexual assault via surveillance exposure.

CONCLUSION

This was not coincidence. It was not mental illness. It was not miscommunication.

This was a coordinated domestic black-site program using law-enforcement databases, subcontractors, surveillance technology, and custodial control to apply torture and coercion.

This occurred inside the United States of America.

Public institutions don’t get to operate in the shadows.
If a name appears in my medical files, intake forms, psychiatric notes, transport logs, MAR sheets, restraint reports, or FOIA responses, then that name belongs in the public record.
For months, I have documented how certain names mysteriously “disappear” from my WordPress posts whenever I upload material related to my detention, medical treatment, or public-record disclosures.
