This year, I’m thankful for things you can’t wrap, buy, or return. I’m thankful for breath in my lungs, strength in my spine, and the simple fact that I’m still standing after a season that tried its hardest to take me out.
I’m thankful for the people who showed up — not just with words, but with genuine support, kindness, and presence. The ones who checked in, lifted me up, or simply reminded me that I’m not doing this alone. You’ve been the quiet backbone through the storms, and I’m grateful for every one of you.
I’m thankful for clarity — the kind that only arrives after chaos. For the lessons that hurt but sharpened me. For the boundaries I learned to set, the peace I learned to protect, and the resilience I didn’t know I had until I needed it.
I’m thankful for family — the loyal ones who stayed in the room when things got loud. I’m thankful for friends who became family. And I’m thankful for the opportunities I still have in front of me, even when the path hasn’t been easy.
I’m thankful for growth. For second chances. For small wins that remind me progress is still progress. And for the hope that refuses to die, even on the hardest days.
Most of all, I’m thankful for the future — because for the first time in a long time, I’m stepping into it with a clear mind, a stronger heart, and a fire that didn’t go out.
If you’re reading this, thank you. For the love, the support, the encouragement, and even the hard truths. I’m grateful. Truly.
Happy Thanksgiving. Here’s to better days ahead for all of us.
