“I personally endured these methods during 336 days in solitary confinement. This is not metaphor. Every restraint, every deprivation, every hour of isolation was designed to erase me. I refused to vanish.”

— LeRoy Nellis

MASTER TIMELINE — WILLIAMSON COUNTY, TEXAS (2019–PRESENT)

PHASE I — INITIAL TARGETING, SWAT DEPLOYMENT, AND DATABASE ENTRY (2019–2021)

  • July 10, 2019 — Round Rock SWAT Deployment
    • Domestic dispute escalated into a militarized response without proportional cause
    • Approximately 50 law-enforcement officers involved; helicopters, dogs, snipers, armored vehicles
    • Residence converted into a public spectacle with live media presence
    • Family members detained and interrogated in a mobile unit
    • Initial identifiers entered into NCIC/TCIC-linked systems
  • Post-Raid Fallout
    • Marriage destroyed; custody and visitation weaponized through criminal allegations
    • Computers, phones, and equipment seized
    • First appearance of commercial mugshot syndication
  • 2020 — Roadside Tactical Arrest
    • Unmarked vehicles, rifles drawn, flashbang deployment
    • Second arrest used to void bond from first case
    • Property seized; phones accessed; arrest later dropped
    • Expanded NCIC/TCIC exposure
  • 2021 — Warrantless Garage Raid
    • 10+ vehicles deployed
    • Property destroyed; no arrest; no charges
    • Database re-entries continued

PHASE II — DIGITAL SURVEILLANCE & COMMUNICATION CONTROL

Following NCIC/TCIC entry, a pattern of surveillance-integrated communications control emerged.

  • Mandatory use of Securus-linked jail communications
  • Voice capture, contact-graph mapping, and metadata retention
  • Monitoring of attorney and family communications
  • Ongoing interference with Google accounts, email access, and cloud data

This functioned as behavioral leverage, not public safety.

PHASE III — PRETRIAL DETENTION & JAIL-BASED TORTURE (2024–2025)

Psychological & Religious Coercion

  • Denial of protective custody despite known risk
  • 336 days in solitary confinement
  • Sleep deprivation, isolation, gaslighting
  • Confiscation and destruction of religious materials
  • Use of restraint chair for extended periods without medical necessity
  • Sexualized surveillance exposure

Medical & Pharmacological Abuse

  • Denial of diabetic monitoring and medication for extended periods
  • Medication delays exceeding 19 hours
  • Falsified glucose readings
  • Forced insulin changes resulting in neurological injury
  • Injection of substances without informed consent
  • Medical orders issued by individuals presenting as EMTs or clinicians without verified licensure

Result: legal blindness, permanent neurological damage, and a chemically induced stroke.

Physical Torture & Environmental Assault

  • Continuous vibration and shaking of housing units
  • Water shutoffs lasting up to 19 hours
  • Constant noise exposure
  • Handcuff twisting and physical assaults
  • Food deprivation and commissary denial

PHASE IV — COLLATERAL DESTRUCTION & RETALIATION

  • Five separate false charges pursued over time
  • Reputational assassination including false pedophilia allegations
  • Destruction of social networks (5,000+ contacts)
  • Complete loss of professional platforms (LinkedIn)
  • Sale of both homes by father during incapacitation
  • Custody and parental rights under attack

CONCLUSION

This was not coincidence. It was not error. It was not mental illness.

This was a coordinated coercive system using law-enforcement databases, subcontracted technology, custodial control, and medical neglect to punish a person who had not been convicted of a crime.

This occurred inside the United States of America.

This site exists to preserve what the system prefers to erase.

The Names They Keep Erasing: A Public Archive Williamson County Can’t Silence

Public institutions don’t get to operate in the shadows.
If a name appears in my medical files, intake forms, psychiatric notes, transport logs, MAR sheets, restraint reports, or FOIA responses, then that name belongs in the public record.
For months, I have documented how certain names mysteriously “disappear” from my WordPress posts whenever I upload material related to my detention, medical treatment, or public-record disclosures.

So today I’m publishing what I should have been able to publish without interference:
complete index of every name that appears in the publicly-released or lawfully-obtained documents on my site.
These names are listed because the individuals appear in official records, not because of personal claims or commentary.

This post is a transparency archive, nothing more and nothing less.

SECTION III — WHY THIS INDEX EXISTS

This isn’t a narrative.
This isn’t an accusation.
This isn’t commentary.

This is a public-records index, based solely on:
• FOIA responses
• Texas Public Information Act disclosures
• Medical intake documents
• MAR sheets
• Transport logs
• Housing rosters
• Official signatures on government forms
• Jail staff directories released by WCSO
• Outside medical-contractor rosters

In other words — this is their paperwork, not my opinion.

Every name listed above appears because a government document placed it there.

And until Williamson County stops altering, withholding, or “losing” records, the only way to maintain transparency is to maintain a public archive that can’t be quietly edited out of existence.

SECTION IV — WHAT COMES NEXT

More documents are coming — medical scans, MAR overlays, metadata screenshots, and TCJS comparison sets.
Every record I obtain lawfully will be indexed publicly and permanently.

If the county wants to rewrite its own paperwork, that’s on them.
I’m simply publishing the truth they already put in writing.

Public institutions don’t get to operate in the shadows.
If a name appears in my medical files, intake forms, psychiatric notes, transport logs, MAR sheets, restraint reports, or FOIA responses, then that name belongs in the public record.
