“Inside the Secret AI Surveillance: A Whistleblower’s Story.”

I never imagined that my background would help me become a whistle blower…

Introduction

Step inside the shadows of America’s jail system—a world powered by advanced surveillance, undercover operatives, and AI-driven psychological warfare. I know this world intimately because I lived it. With a background in network security, hidden camera installation, RFID technology, and government-grade locksmithing, I recognized what most people never see: every movement tracked, every conversation recorded, every weakness exploited. This isn’t justice. It’s control.

Who This System Targets

  • Detainee: Awaiting trial and presumed innocent, yet treated as guilty from day one.
    • High Value Targets (HVTs): Flagged long before arrest, often listed in NCIC and TCIC databases. Their charges are deliberately staggered to keep them detained without bond. I was one of them.
    • Low Value Targets (LVTs): Individuals facing lesser charges who can sometimes bond out if they have resources.
  • ISF (Intermediary Sanction Facility): Undercover inmates strategically transferred from prisons to manipulate and influence detainees from within.
  • Inmate: Those who have pled guilty or been convicted, waiting to “catch chain” and transfer to prison.

This hierarchy merges human manipulation and AI surveillance, systematically stripping away constitutional protections.

Violating the Bill of Rights

This isn’t about safety—it’s a direct assault on the Bill of Rights. Nearly all of the first ten amendments are compromised, but these are hit the hardest:

  • First Amendment – Suppression of free speech and retaliation against complaints
  • Fourth Amendment – Unreasonable searches and invasive digital monitoring
  • Fifth Amendment – Due process ignored through coercive plea tactics
  • Sixth Amendment – Violations of attorney-client privacy and fair trial rights

The result is a framework designed to bypass due process and COERCE DETAINEES INTO PLEA DEALS UNDER RELENTLESS PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PHYSICAL PRESSURE.

Coercion Through Torture

The pressure isn’t limited to intimidation. Food is tampered with to cause chronic illness; for High Value Targets, meals are spiked with eye drops, causing pain, disorientation, and confusion. I was poisoned so severely I began urinating blood. When I begged for help, EMTs gave me only two ibuprofen per day, dismissing my pain. Five days without sleep and no access to an ambulance—this was calculated torture, a tactic meant to break me and others like me.

Isolation as a Weapon

When psychological tactics fail, physical and emotional isolation escalates:

  • Commissary privileges stripped away
  • Solitary confinement under the false guise of “suicide watch”
  • ISFs empowered to apply additional pressure and even physical abuse

I endured nearly eleven months of solitary confinement—from August 8, 2024, to July 10, 2025—with suicide watch beginning January 30, 2025. The deprivation caused hallucinations lasting up to 43 hours at a time. Meanwhile, officers wearing shock gloves posed an ever-present threat—capable of inflicting pain or even killing without leaving autopsy evidence.

AI Manipulation and External Influence

AI-driven systems don’t just watch; they influence. Jail-issued tablets and TVs track eye movement while delivering subliminal messaging designed to manipulate thoughts and behaviors. Even families outside the jail are pulled into this network, with calls monitored and locations tracked via NCIC-connected apps.

The Larger Impact

This isn’t about safety; it’s about control:

  • Families live in fear, unsure if their private conversations are safe.
  • Detainees suffer relentless psychological and physical abuse, destroying their ability to fight their cases.
  • Public trust in the justice system collapses as these hidden programs expand.

A Call to Action

These operations thrive under secrecy and intergovernmental agreements, making oversight nearly impossible and abuses inevitable. Whistleblowers like me take great risks to expose the truth, but real change requires public awareness, legal advocacy, and legislative action.

If we stay silent, we risk losing the freedoms that define us. Now is the time to demand transparency, end these hidden systems, and fight for justice, privacy, and human dignity—inside jails and far beyond their walls.
