A Call for Justice: My Fight Against Systemic Abuse in Williamson County and Beyond

In July 2019, I found myself at the center of a domestic dispute that escalated into a standoff involving the Williamson County Sheriff’s Department and the FBI. What followed was a relentless campaign of harassment, false accusations, and systemic abuse that has upended my life.

Although the initial charges were eventually cleared, the damage to my reputation was done. Branded with accusations of domestic violence, I soon faced two new charges of pedophilia—filed just as my attorney had successfully cleared my name. Over the next six years, I became entangled in a web of shifting allegations involving federal agencies, including the U.S. Marshals and local law enforcement. Despite repeated dismissals, I now face life-altering accusations that continue to haunt me.

Released on a medical writ and placed under home arrest, I’ve endured this ordeal as a legally blind individual living with disabilities. The toll has been immense: I’ve been forced into bankruptcy and public assistance. Three relationships were destroyed, including a costly divorce from a Nicaraguan citizen. My real estate was illegally sold—by my own father.

Now, I’m pursuing lawsuits for fraud, cybercrimes, civil rights violations, medical malpractice, and breaches of the Bill of Rights. I allege physical, psychological, and technological torture at the hands of Williamson County Sheriff’s Deputies, Corrections Officers, and Federal Agents. I’ve also been the target of cyberattacks—my online accounts hacked, my profiles erased and blocked.

I’ve passed an independent psychological evaluation and am prepared to testify and present evidence of the abuse I’ve endured. I’m calling on attorneys, social advocates, elected representatives, and members of the media to help uncover the truth and restore dignity to those who suffer in silence.

Time is running out. Statutory limitations are closing in—and justice delayed is justice denied.
